BEFORE YOUR FIRST VISIT

A Few Things We Require

To keep every dog safe, comfortable, and happy while they’re with us, all new guests must meet a few important requirements.

Getting to Know Your Dog

Trial Day

Every dog is different, and we take the time to get to know yours.

Your dog will begin with a full day of daycare so our team can see how they interact with other dogs, respond to our staff, settle into our routine, and rest comfortably in our kennels.

For some dogs, one day is all we need. Others may benefit form additionl daycare visits or an overnight stay or two before they’re fully approved for ongoing daycare or boarding.

We’ll let you know what we recommend based on your dog- not a one-size-fits-all checklist.

Our Promise
We Know Dogs.
Your Dog’s Comfort Comes First.

Every dog is different. Some are outgoing, some are cautious, some settle in quickly, and some need a little more time. We pay attention to those differences and do our best to understand what each dog is telling us.

Our priority is always to do what is best for your dog. That means being honest with you about how they are doing here, whether it is their first trial day or their twentieth stay.

Trial days give us the opportunity to thoughtfully evaluate your dog’s comfort level, personality, play style, and ability to settle. We introduce them at their pace, give them time to adjust, and communicate clearly with you about what we see.
